Citrix Store provides resources including demos to prospective customers for our software products. We encourage you to evaluate these products prior to purchase in order to determine whether the products are suitable for your needs. The Citrix Store by Digital River has a no refund policy.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Your credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive your completed letter of destruction (ELOD or LOD).
